About the hotline

The WPVH is a toll free number, that your employees can call 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and speak anonymously to a trained specialist, to report wrongdoing.
Why is the WPVH Necessary?

Employees may not be comfortable reporting wrong doing to their supervisors.
It may then go unreported or employees will report it to their lawyer, the police, the media or Government regulatory agencies.
Compliance with Sarbanes Oxley Act (U.S.)

Canadian MI-52-110, which states that companies under the jurisdiction of the Ontario Securities Commission have a anonymous and confidential process for employees to report wrongful accounting and auditing issues.
